Mosman Prep School only employs teachers dedicated to the educational interests of young boys, who are enthusiastic to achieve the highest educational standards for all students and who wish to extend their own professional skills and capabilities. All staff are required to undertake Child Protection Checks prior to employment.

People who work at the School are required to be involved and to contribute to the diverse co-curricular and religious program of the school including weekend sport during term.
