AI & Digital Safety - Parent Information

Welcome to our AI and Digital Safety Hub - a single place for parents to find information about how Mosman Prep uses technology and Artificial Intelligence safely, ethically, and responsibly. Here you’ll find our student ICT & AI agreements, current policies, approved apps, and regular updates about digital learning at school.

Our approach is guided by national education frameworks and our own AI Key Areas and Action Plan, which focus on strong governance, safety, literacy, and community partnership.

Student ICT & AI Responsible Use Agreements

The updated 2026 Student ICT & AI Agreements will be released shortly before the start of the 2026 school year. Parents will be required to acknowledge that they have read the agreements with their son via the Parent App as part of the digital sign-off.

AI Policy

The AI Policy outlines how Mosman Prep uses Artificial Intelligence safely, ethically, and responsibly across learning and administration. It follows national frameworks including the Australian Framework for Generative AI in Schools and aligns with our five Key Areas of Governance, Risk, Policy, Literacy, and Compliance. The full version of the policy will be available here in the coming weeks.
